So even if I wanted to book my flight I can't because I don't have the funds available in my account because not only did PayPal pull money once but twice to turn around and deny me the pay in 4 payments but why take money from someone and then deny me my purchase. But now I'm really upset because PayPal pulled money from my bank account twice and I have to wait up to 10 days before I will have my money refunded back to my bank account.
